Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it back into its original shipping cartons with all protective padding, hardware, and assembly instructions included.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient curbside pickup time at your residence.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
